Aloha! I’m the one behind Hawaii Goldens located on O’ahu. I am an Exercise Physiologist by degree, Dog Breeder by passion. If I’m not snuggling our dogs and working with the puppies, I must be out in the water, on a boat, sailing out in the open ocean and teaching swimming, and sailing to local youth.
Our program breeds AKC Golden Retrievers (with papers) and the exclusive “American Dream GoldenDoodles”. We are located on the island of O’ahu “The gathering place”.
We are breeding for lifelong, healthy companions, with a focus on clear genetic lines, consistent temperament, high trainability, solid structure, and luxurious coats.
All AboutOur puppies are raised in a loving family environment on an advanced puppy culture curriculum including ENS, Puppy Culture, and curriculum from the Badass Breeder organization. Our dogs are AKC registered. They are ready to thrive in any environment. We know they’ll bring lots of joy to your hearts and home! ENS: early neurological stimulation, This training stimulates the neurological system which improves the growth and development of the pup’s immune system, cardiovascular system, and stress tolerance.
We are faithful servants to the Lord and serving Him first in our Christ-centered home is our priority! We are retired professionals, and our passion is to serve and be a blessing to others. We feel that Hawaii Goldens and the outcome of this breeding program is quite the blessing! Hawaii Goldens, an ethical breeding program, began for us to continue serving, and helping/blessing others with healthy AKC Golden Retrievers, Golden Doodles (our special and signature “American Dream”) Puppies! Hawaii is lacking in quality and ethical breeding programs that can produce healthy, consistent litters. We are here to change this! Your Hawaii Goldens puppy has been raised in a loving home, inside main living rooms, with parent dogs and human family members. Your puppy’s socialization starts with the parent dogs, and additionally a human family as they go on daily safe excursions when the puppies are very young, positively exposing them to the world around them as we work on ENS, basic training, and Puppy Culture, to help bring them positive associations, and socialization with the outside world, busy places, and learning new things (especially being able to be comfortable around sudden loud noises like Fireworks)! We have friends and trainers who are very proficient in puppy culture, raising and helping daily with the puppies. With lots of love, cuddles and affection, your puppy has experienced amazing, safe beginnings! The go home letter we send with each puppy provides a check list with links to make sure you and your new puppy are set up for success! We are mainly breeding for service dog lines, and calm family companions, providing families with healthy, people orientated, calm demeanor, excellent temperament, high trainability dogs to serve and grow with as a fur-ever companion. Hawaii Golden’s Golden Retrievers are AKC registered, come with papers, and our GoldenDoodles are F1, F1b, multigen, and the signature “American Dream” litter.
Vivi of Loving Dog Training has trained dozens of our puppies each year, many who have continued on to become certified medical service dogs. She is able to provide references of our program over the years. We additionally work with Sabrina of Balanced Obedience/TopDogWoof for detailed service dog training, and board/train programs. Empowered Puppy is highlighted on the IG page, and TruPanion works with us to provide a month of health insurance for your puppy, as our gift to you!
